About our activity

a) Bond issues & placement. During less than a year of operations Optima-Invest has placed bonds for Intermarket Trade Company (10 million UAH) and announced placement of bonds for Ukrtechnofos Company (5 million UAH). For the next six months the company plans to place two more bonds issues for the total sum 20 million UAH.

b) Asset management. Optima Capital Asset Management Company manages four unit investment funds, with capitalization of $10 million, with an additional $10 million being raised. The process of fund raising is under way. In January, 2005 annual returns of the “Reliable” fund was 114, 97 % and of “Balanced” fund was 113,91% annual.
Optima Capital Asset Management Company is the first in Ukraine to have entered into agreement to place and buy-out investment certificates through a banking network. Kredyt Bank Ukraine is the partner. This agreement establishes the ground for retail sales of investment certificates.

 c) Pension Fund management. Optima Capital Asset Management Company plans to become active in the system of non-governmental pension funds in Ukraine, when first non-governmental pension funds are created in mid 2005.

d) Property development. Optima Finance specializes in creating and managing of construction finance funds and real estate transaction funds; provides professional project management in construction and real estate businesses. The Company is developing projects in several regions of Ukraine: Cherkasy, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv and Zaporizhya.
