AMC OPTIMA CAPITAL reports an increase in profitability of its UIT
Optima-Capital asset management company, which manages four unit investment funds, reported profitability growth of its diversified Reliable and Balanced funds in January 2005.
As of February the 1st, the certificate’s value of the Reliable fund throughout the month of January grew to the annual rate of 114,97%, and to 113,91 % for the Balanced fund.
To compare, in the previous month, as of January the 1st, the value of the Reliable fund grew to the annual rate of 25,47% and to 26,14% for the Balanced fund. Thus, a significant value increase was observed throughout January 2005.
As previously reported, the total value of the assets, managed by Optima Capital was 6 mln. UAH. Optima Capital AMC signed an agreement with JSC Credit Bank (Ukraine) on the services of placing and buying Investment certificates, thus practically creating a retail market for the investment certificates in Ukraine.
