Optima Finance company is registered in the state registry

On June 22, 2004 the State commission for regulating the market of financial services has registered Optima Finance Ltd. According to the certificate the company has a right to obtain capital from individuals and legal entities with obligation to return the capital through contracting operations on real estate.
