The Balanced fund is a diversified unit investment fund of interval type. Its main feature is that the fund is obliged to buy out the certificates from the investors which want to sell them. Buy-out is conducted quarterly.
It should be mentioned that so far none of the investors expressed a desire to sell the certificates, and therefore to take back the money from the fund. This probably speaks for theirconfidence to the manager of the fund.
Investment activity of the fund is based on the high requirements to diversified assets. Therefore AMC is focused on the blue chips of Ukrainian stock market. The foundation of each portfolio is the shares of the companies tested by time, the companies of the key industries.
