During less than a year of operations Optima-Invest has placed bonds for the Intermarket Trade Company (10 million UAH) and announced the placement of bonds for Ukrtechnofos Company (5 million UAH). During the next six months the company plans to place two more bond issues for a total sum 20 million UAH.

Issue of securities

Companies can now obtain financing from the financial markets. Depending upon the type of its aims – the enlargement of production, the acquisition of new production space or production lines, or to increase its working capital company can issue new bonds or shares.
