CREDIT BANK (UKRAINE) has agreed to sell investment certificates of unit investment funds OPTIMA CAPITAL AMC

On February 16th AMC Optima Capital (Lviv) and JSC Credit Bank (Ukraine) have signed an agreement on the placement and buy-out of securities of the institutions of joint investment.
This information was reported by press-services of both companies.
According to the agreement, investment certificates of unit investment funds AMC Optima Capital will be sold in the branches of Credit Bank (Ukraine).
“Collaboration with financial institutions and using bank’s branch structure is a normal practice among western asset management companies. This is profitable both for us and for Credit Bank. They get another retail product and we don’t need to develop regional branch structure” - stated Optima Capital AMC CEO Maxim Kuprin.
As it was stressed by the press-centre of Optima-Capital, this is the first agreement on collaboration between a bank and a capital assets management company in Ukraine.
Asset Management Company Optima-Capital is the member of Optima Group, which also comprises of Optima Optima Finance company and investment company Optima-Invest. The group was created as a multi-purpose financial institution (investment Bank) in order to provide the maximum possible amount of services in the financial market to its clients.
Credit Bank (Ukraine) is one of the large banks in Ukraine. It has 18 branches and 48 departments in 15 oblasts of Ukraine and in Crimea Autonomous Republic.
