Optima Invest issues bonds of Ukrtechnofos ltd.
Optima Invest issues bonds of Ukrtechofos Limited (the city of Rivne) for a total value of 5 mln. UAH. The emission contract was signed Jan. 19 in Lviv.
Optima Invest continues to grow in the bond market in the Western Ukraine. “This is a second big emission by Optima Invest after a successful emission of Intermarket Trade Company bonds in October last year”, says Andriy Dribnyuk of Optima Invest, “and we look forward for this emission to be as successful as the one last year.”
Optimistic forecast is supported by the the fact that Ukrtechnofos Limited is one of the major pesticide producers in the Western Ukraine. Copmany spans operations across western, northern, and central regions of Ukraine. Ukrtechofos is represented by two branches in Kyiv and Vinnitsya.
In 2003 company sales were 20 mln. 895 ths. UAH; in 2004 the sales were 53 mln. 447 ths. UAH, an increase at a multiple of 2,5.
According to company CEO Yuriy Suprunyuk, Ukrtechofos has ambition plans: “This year we plan to keep up with the dynamic of sales increase. The emission will help us gain new liquid capital and reach new markets.”
Ukrtechnofos is the first Rivne located company to organize a second bond emission. The amound of the previous emission was 1 mln. UAH

Optima Invest announces the emission of bonds of Intemarket Ltd Trade company, Lviv, with total value of 10 million UAH The decision about emission was made at a general meeting of Intermarket Ltd Trade company and was registered in a protocol number 46 on June 23, 2004.
The emission is organized by Optima Invest Limited. The underwriter and paying agent is OJSC Ukreximbank.
This is the first emission managed by Lviv-based securities trading company. Until recently major emissions of bonds were managed Kyiv-based trading companies or the banks. The emission presentation will take place at in Investment Fair at the Lviv Hall of Arts in October 2004.
